Snorkeling in Byron Bay with Go Sea Kayak

On our 3 hour Byron Bay Sea Kayaking Tour we provide you with Free Snorkeling Gear so you can experience the marine life underwater as well as from on top of your kayak.

You will be amazed by the diversity of marine life and colour of tropical fish and coral.

You may even spot a turtle, manta ray or reef shark and our knowledgeable staff can help to identify species and tell you the best spots to explore.

Depending on prevailing conditions, we will usually spend about 20 - 25mins of your Sea Kayak Tour going snorkelling on what we call "Middle Reef", a volcanic rock based reef about 450 metres off Main Beach. 

If you have a water proof camera it is an ideal opportunity to take some great shots of your adventure and of course we also take free photos for every tour.

The only requirements for snorkelling is an ability to swim and a sense of adventure.

If you have not snorkelled before, Byron Bay 's marine park is the perfect location to give it a go.

Our professional and attentive staff are also local surf lifesavers ensuring your safety as well as ensuring that each and every customer's needs and expectations are met. Please note we may not snorkel when water clarity is poor or the reef has currents that are strong running past it.
